ACS Gaming's history can be traced back to a young man named David Edelson. David was an avid Pokemon TCG card player, playing the game since 2012. To David, Pokemon TCG wasn't just a hobby; it was a community and a way of life. He entered the real competitive world of Pokemon TCG for the 2019-2020 Play Pokemon season. Throughout the season, he racked up 299 Championship Points. Unfortunately, the season was cut short with COVID-19 and its pandemic taking a huge effect on people going out. The pandemic also caused the Pokemon card market to become wildly popular. David was taking business classes at Florida Atlantic University and the idea struck him about his own game store. ACS Gaming was created and started as an online seller on the TCG Player Marketplace. When stores slowly reopen for play, the decision was made for ACS to expand into a full-on brick and mortar location with open play space and welcoming atmosphere. On May 30th 2021, ACS Gaming opened to public. To this day, ACS has continued to serve the community and its principles that it was found on. In addition to our Pokemon community, we also have an amazing One Piece Card Game community and now we are working on building other card games such as YuGiOh and Battle Spirits.
